Salary Range [ $70,000 - $85,000 ] 

 

SUMMARY

The Global Human Resources Project Specialist performs a broad range of HR-related duties and works closely with HR management in supporting successful project execution enterprise-wide. This role leads various projects in the areas of training, internal communications, systems & data, engagement, talent acquisition, investigations, and creating policies. The Global Human Resources Project Specialist provides excellent customer service to internal client groups through exceptional project delivery and execution.

 

JOB DUTIES:

 

  • Administers various Human Resources plans, programs, that support an engaged, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and goal attainment.
  • Leads a multidisciplinary, global, slate of HR related projects including but not limited to; coordination and analysis of 3rd party vendors/request for proposals (RFP), content development for internal communications and partnering with Legal Team to create and update global HR Policies.
  • Serves as primary resource managing content and interactions on the organization’s intranet.
  • Leads and/or supports investigations and outlines recommended steps for resolution for review and approval by Human Resources leadership.
  • Provides performance management training, including the delivery of support to employees and managers during the full annual life cycle.
  • Works with Benefits team to coordinate benefits-related activities. Conducts employee presentations and assists employee and Benefits team with processing changes within deadlines.
  • Supports multiple employee engagement activities including but not limited to global events, long-term service awards, internal networking, annual action-planning and more.
  • Supports annual HR training requirements through the creation of an annual training calendar, developing training materials & presentations, working with internal SME’s where appropriate as well as facilitating and coordinating training when appropriate.
  • Partner closely with HR Technology Team to support data clean-ups, cataloguing documentation, and the development of content for new or existing HCM modules.
  • Makes recommendations for continuous improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
  • Maintains and expands knowledge and understanding of existing and proposed federal and state laws and regulations affecting human resources management, identifying trends that could impact organizational objectives and/or operational resources.
  • Follows Company policies and practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook and/or applicable employment agreement. Follows safety guidelines and procedures in accordance with the job.
  • Partners with HR leadership to create effective project plans, including communication and change management initiative.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Three (3) years Human Resources experience with at least two as a general HR role
  • Must be experienced in presenting (training) a variety of topics to varying levels of employees within an organization.
  • Thorough knowledge of general HR practices across a variety of countries.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Must have effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Must have project management and execution skills.
  • Must have excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Five (5) years Human Resources experience with at least two as a general HR role
  • Bilingual English and Spanish or German
  • Prior experience creating and updating organization’s internal communications
  • Knowledge of various design software to support communications
  • Prefer if candidate is able to work from one of our major office locations
