The SAP Master Data Administrator demonstrates exceptional SAP skills that support the release and maintenance of new and existing products. This role will participate in a multitude of projects and will be responsible for creating and maintaining the SAP master data for all Peli BioThermal manufacturing plants and service centers.  This position requires the ability to work independently and as a team to meet critical deadlines.


What You’ll Do:

  • Create and maintain materials, bill of materials, and document info records in SAP.
  • Ensure all SAP naming conventions are maintained and adhered to.
  • Lead the SAP Training and Training Documentation creation and maintenance process.
  • Be the internal SAP Support/Troubleshooting liaison. 
  • Maintain DMS (Document Management System) in SAP.
  • Process engineering changes and manage associated engineering documents, program deliverables and data using a variety of business systems for data management, material disposition, data transmittal, and archive.
  • Create, format, organize, control, distribute, and archive documents related to Engineering Change (EC), ERP (SAP) Material Master and Bill of Material maintenance to support business functions and product lifecycle management.
  • Coordinate change review and implementation with multiple functional areas including but not limited to manufacturing/operations, supply chain, engineering, and quality.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and the underlying root causes and recommend solutions.
  • Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes across all the manufacturing sights to incorporate the timing of change effectivity.
  • Follows engineering change management process to control design releases and modifications
  • Follows company policies and practices as outlined in Handbook and follow guidelines regarding safety as outline in the AWAIR, and other safety procedures in accordance with the job.


What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Accounting or Business or Information Technology Qualification
  • Manufacturing and Operations environment experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer software programs.
  • Knowledgeable in mathematics, science, and engineering technology.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously. Proactive, a planner and organizer, takes the initiative & follows-up.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • The ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a creative approach for new ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively; rely on experience and judgement to plan, prioritize and accomplish tasks and goals, but must be unafraid to ask questions.
  • Willing to work with minimal supervision to perform substantially varied and complex tasks, be receptive to feedback, and accept work product turnback for correction as learning opportunity.
  • Accomplish work with appropriate sense of urgency; preparedness to ensure timely processing, follow-up with persistence when needed.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Information Technology Qualification with two or more years’ experience preferred
