Internal Sales Representative

The role of the internal sales representative is seen as an important link between customers, distributors and the company. Internal Sales are responsible for fostering the relationship with the Peli BioThermal customer base. The ultimate objective for the internal sales team is to build credible and lasting relationships with all customers and to create and develop new opportunities in order to drive revenue growth.

A key element of this role will entail building trust and confidence to deliver and maintain an excellent level of customer service. You must strive to understand the needs of our customer base and could meet your customer’s requirements and needs.

Working towards several clear objectives within a target orientated environment, your sole focus will be on developing your account base and generation of new business, whilst maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring customer retention


What You’ll Do:


  • Establish new customers, as well as work with existing client base to develop new business. 
  • To respond quickly and effectively to all calls to the sales department. Providing support and reassurance to your customers promptly and efficiently.
  • Negotiating variations in price & terms of an agreement;
  • Perform telemarketing duties and research on potential clients proactively seek out new business opportunities. 
  • To meet or exceed the required level of Pro-active Outbound Call Activity. As determined by your line manager.
  • To actively contribute to internal projects and assist with marketing campaigns as and when required.


What You’ll Need:


  • Minimum 2-3 years sales experience with track record in meeting/exceeding budget or be a recent graduate with suitable qualifications, drive and energy
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Knowledge of Sales Force CRM system.
  • Must be able to travel occasionally, within Europe as and when the role dictates.
  • Must be computer literate and competent in the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
  • Ability to effectively close deals and manage sales cycles of varied length depending on the project.


Bonus Points For:


  • Experience of using SAP and/or Sales Force CRM system.
  • Experience of working within a manufacturing environment
